Für Tastatur-Kit

  • Wir akzeptieren keine Rücksendungen mit der Begründung „Die Tastatur fühlt sich schlecht an“ oder Unzufriedenheit. Da eine zusammengebaute Tastatur nicht als Neuprodukt weiterverkauft werden kann, wird der Antrag auf Rücksendung einer zusammengebauten Tastatur abgelehnt. Velocifiretech bietet jedoch einen kostenlosen Reparaturservice an, wenn Sie bereit sind, die Kosten für den Hin- und Rückversand zu übernehmen.
  • Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich bei Problemen mit dem Versand an den Kurier zu wenden. Bei Problemen mit der Lieferung bieten wir keine Rückerstattung an und senden die Bestellung auch nicht erneut.

Die folgenden Situationen kommen ebenfalls nicht für einen Rückerstattungsantrag in Frage:

1) Es wurden falsche Kontaktinformationen oder Adresse angegeben

2) Sie antworten nicht per E-Mail und nehmen keine Anrufe des Kuriers entgegen

3) Weigerung, das Paket zu unterschreiben

4) Weigerung, Einfuhrsteuern oder -gebühren zu zahlen

Für PCB-Rückgabe/-Austausch

VELOCIFIRE bietet eine kostenlose dreimonatige Garantie für alle von uns verkauften Leiterplatten.
Vom Gewährleistungsanspruch ausgenommen sind:
1) Der USB-Anschluss löst sich oder wird von der Platine getrennt
2) Der Hot-Swap-Sockel löst sich oder trennt sich von der Platine
3) Eine Diode löst sich oder wird von der Platine getrennt
4) Der Kunde modifiziert die Leiterplatte. Beispiel: Umrüstung einer Lötplatine auf Hot-Swap
5) Ein Kondensator löst sich oder trennt sich von der Platine
6) Ein JST-Stecker lockert sich oder trennt sich von der Platine


Für Schalter und Zubehör

Vom Kunden geölte oder demontierte Schalter und Zubehörteile sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.

Für Tastenkappen
Wenn ein Defekt an den Tastenkappen vorliegt oder Sie Bedenken haben, wenden Sie sich bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt des Pakets an VELOCIFIRE. Sobald die Tastenkappen verwendet werden, akzeptieren wir keine Rücksendungen.


Für Tastaturhülle(n)
1) Eloxierte Gehäuse werden zum Lackieren aufgehängt. Aus diesem Grund kann es sein, dass Sie im Inneren des Gehäuses Punkte finden, die durch den Lackiervorgang entstanden sind. Dies ist normal und liegt im Rahmen unserer Qualitätsakzeptanz.
2) Sollte das Gehäuse beschädigt sein, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Zustellung des Pakets. Nach 7 Tagen erfolgt keine Entschädigung mehr.
3) Leichte Kratzer am Gehäuse oder am Messinggewicht sind für unser Qualitätsniveau akzeptabel
4) Das Abisolieren einer Schraube fällt nicht unter die Garantie.

Für Gruppenkäufe von benutzerdefinierten Tastaturen und Zubehör (einschließlich Extras) beachten Sie bitte die spezifischen Verkaufsbedingungen in der Seitenbeschreibung.

Anmerkungen

Für Sonderanfertigungen oder personalisierte Artikel besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.

Wenn die Rücksendung vom Verbraucher verursacht wird, sollte der Verbraucher für die Versandkosten verantwortlich sein. Die konkrete Gebühr sollte sich nach dem von Ihnen gewählten Expressunternehmen richten.

    DESIGN

    KV1-65% is a minimalist 65% keyboard designed by GDK Lab, marking the studio's first entry in the K series. GDK Lab opted for a subtractive design approach, resulting in an overall shape that is both simple and restrained, with fluid lines that convey a sense of vitality. After completing the standard structure, the team focused on refining the details and texture, and the 220-mesh aluminum case makes each touch of the keyboard truly impressive.

    Front Design

    The front has narrow borders on the left and right, and a badge is added on the upper right as a theme embellishment

    Side Design

    The upper cover is designed with a cut waistline, and the steps of the bottom shell are cut through fold lines to make the entire side more layered.

    Back Design

    The back is the highlight of Kv1-65%. A whole piece of weight is embedded in the bottom case, and the C-angle straight line in the middle echoes the stripe of the bottom case.
