• We do not deliver the products to any military bases.

For remote areas, we will contact customers to charge additional shipping fees. If you are not sure whether you live in a remote area, you can contact us by email to confirm. If the customer is unwilling to pay the additional shipping fee, we will cancel the order and refund the money. The processing fee incurred by the refund shall be borne by the customer.
The colors of the product may appear different because of the lighting conditions or the settings of your monitor.
No, it doesn't include any import tax fee/ duties/ customs fee.
Cancellations and refunds after placing an order will incur a processing fee of approximately 5.4%+0.3$.
Due to different lighting, the final product color may be slightly different from the rendering, but within an acceptable range, the pictures are for reference only.
